Practical Training
Based on Smart Manufacturing Case - Training Experience
This course takes industrial artificial intelligence
technology as the core, introduces the technical basis,
application scenarios and practical cases of artificial
intelligence and Smart Manufacturing, and looks forward
to the future development trend. Flash point: let students
learn the real Smart Manufacturing at the level of
industry 4.0 (engineering modeling, machine learning, scenario
use cases, intelligent software, basic automatic execution);
European and American sub Smart Manufacturing cases
(there are few cases of real Smart Manufacturing
production process optimization in China, and most of them
focus on Smart Manufacturing head and tail, such as
incoming materials or intelligent storage); Practical training
based on Smart Manufacturing cases. He has dabbled in
digital Smart Manufacturing based on Data Board, but focuses
on providing information resources, so he doesn't have much
space.

1. October 2020: 2-day training of national
craftsman college A. basic application and learning
methodology; B. Technology extraction based on Smart Manufacturing cases; C. Cases of Smart Manufacturing

Smart Manufacturing cases.
2. October 2020, machine learning and manufacturing
application training of national craftsman college, online,
intelligent Encyclopedia
3. A week-long training in Zhuhai organized by Guangzhou
Weikai training in July 2019. My training is the whole morning
(9-12 o'clock)
3. In July 2019, a robot training school in Songshan Lake,
Dongguan trained mainly for relevant students and school
leaders at all levels (principals and below) (9-12 a.m.)
4. Artificial intelligence training (the second time) for
Shenzhen SME Bureau in May 2019, 1 day. Fundamentals of
Smart Manufacturing (75 slides) in the morning, various
Smart Manufacturing cases (80 slides) in the afternoon,
and answering questions about practical problems of some
companies after class (about 0.5 hours)
5. Special lecture on Shenzhen quality month in September 2018
(2-5 PM; morning opening ceremony)
6. AI training for Shenzhen SME Association in May 2018, 1
day. Fundamentals of Smart Manufacturing (75 slides) in
the morning, various Smart Manufacturing cases (80
slides) in the afternoon, and answering questions about
practical problems of some companies after class (about 0.5
hours)
7. 30 minute Smart Manufacturing lecture at the annual
meeting of Shenzhen CIO Association in January 2018
8. In January 2018, the information director of Beijing
central enterprises held a 30 minute Smart Manufacturing
lecture as the keynote speaker and main technical point of
this training (other speakers cooperate with my content)
In recent years
9. There were about 100 slide show lectures or other invited
lectures in various factories. Each slide show and discussion
lasted about 1.5 hours. For example, Skyworth spent 3 hours,
with more than 100 people, including factory directors
10. There are about 40 meetings and other slide shows, and
each slide show and discussion lasts about 0.5 hours
11. In 2013, Taiyuan University of science and technology held
a three-day training on engineering model and Smart Manufacturing (Taiyuan University of science and technology
and other units in Taiyuan, including 10 people from TISCO)
12. In September 2011, he was hired as a visiting professor of
Taiyuan University of science and technology
